Robin Lynn (Steglich) Fleming, age 43, of Hutto, Texas passed away peacefully with her husband, Brian, and dear friend, Mandi Newby, by her side on July 11, 2020 at Ascension Seton Hospital in Round Rock after a hard fought battle with cancer.
Visitation will be held at Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 6 – 8 P.M. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78633. Burial will be at IOOF Cemetery in Georgetown.
Robin was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Haydon Cox.
She is survived by her husband, Brian; children, Ashlyn and Garrett; daddy, Leonard Steglich; biological father, Herb Locklear; brothers, Andy Locklear, Stacy Steglich; sister, Linda Locklear; nieces: Haydon Locklear, Brooke Locklear, Krystal Smith; nephews: Vincent Fleming, Trent Locklear and Josh Locklear; in-laws, Thomas and Marge Fleming; brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Sherri Fleming; aunts and uncles: Ray and Debbie Van Lake, Kevin and Lisa Morrison, Bob and Shirley Fleming, Laneta McDonald; childhood friends: Michelle Cargill, Rosemary Cooper and Mandi Newby along with numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Robin was born February 7, 1977 in Killeen, Texas to Mary Cox and Herb Locklear. She lived most of her childhood in Bartlett, Texas. Robin graduated from Bartlett High School in 1995 and the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She married Brian on June 26, 1999 and they recently celebrated 21 years of marriage. They made their home in Hutto with their two children, Ashlyn and Garrett, and beloved pets. She worked in human resources at NorthgateArinso.
Robin's greatest blessings in life were her children. They were her everything. She took any opportunity she could to talk about them. Robin had a heart of gold. She was kind, loving, compassionate and loyal. She loved deeply. Life won't be the same without her. She will be dearly missed by countless family and friends.
Pallbearers will be: Justin Cargill, Jamie Carlile, Jim Cooper, Scott Fleming, Brad Hill and Paul Newby.
