Edward Harold Klein passed away on August 26, 2021.

He was born on October 12, 1945 in Harvey, Illinois, to Francis "Babe" Klein and Faith Berry Klein.

Ed had been a resident of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas since his retirement in 2008. Due to ill health, he had recently relocated to Georgetown, Texas.

Previous to his retirement in 2008, he worked for 37 years for NASA at Johnson Space Center in Houston supporting Apollo, Space Shuttle and International Space Station missions. He served honorably in the U. S. Navy during Vietnam aboard the U. S. S. Davidson, DE 1045.

Ed loved history, fishing, and traveling the world. He was a generous man and a friend to many.

He was a loving son, brother, uncle, great uncle and great great uncle or as he would say, he was a very great uncle. His family would agree. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 16th, 2021 at the Legacy Hills Pavilion in Sun City, Texas. 200 Del Webb Blvd, Georgetown, Texas 78633.
