Diana Fulkes Collins was born September 14, 1954 to Charles Avery and Zora Mae Fulkes in Georgetown, TX. Diana was a lifelong resident of Georgetown and graduated from Georgetown High school in 1973. She started her career at First National Bank as a teller and remained employed by Bank of America until she retired in 2018. She loved to travel, especially cruising, and was always on the go.

She loved Texas Longhorn Football and the Dallas Cowboys. She loved her family immensely but the joy of her life was her granddaughter Evelyn.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Charles Ray Fulkes. She is survived by her husband Harold Wayne Collins, her daughter Nicole Fillare and husband Paul, her son Andrew Collins and wife Lauren, and her granddaughter Evelyn and her sister Tammy Bielss and husband Ricky, along with nieces Chelsea Frashure, Tracy Davenport, Sheila Hall, and Melissa Howard, and her nephew Chance Bielss.

Diana's family would like to thank Altus Hospice for the compassionate care they provided during her brief illness.
