Zula Smith's Obituary
Zula M. Smith, age 87, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on August 19, 2018. She was born November 12, 1930 in Brinkman, Oklahoma to Charles and Mary ( Brown) Taylor. Zula married William R. Smith on June 14, 1962 in Winslow, Arizona. He preceded her in death on March 31, 2018. She worked for the San Diego County Office of Education San Diego, Ca. until her retirement in 1992. Zula was a member of the Georgetown Church of Christ and the Republican Women of Sun City.
Survivors include her step-son, Donald Smith (Shirley); brother, Travis A. Taylor; one nephew and several nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister; and two brothers.
A private inurnment will take place at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Tx.
