Walter J. Martin, age 78, passed away on March 25, 2020 at Medical City Hospital in Denton, TX.

He was born on March 20, 1942 in Georgetown, TX to Dr. Walter S. and Lula Tompkins Martin. He was owner of Martin Auto and Marine Electrical in Dallas, TX.

He enjoyed hunting and working with his amateur radios. He will be remembered for his dry sense of humor and his great story telling.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, and his much loved dog, Barbara.
Private graveside services will be held Friday, March 27, 2020 @ I.O.O.F  cemetery in Georgetown, TX.

Walter is survived by his girls: spouse Paula of Lake Dallas, TX; his daughters Christa (Randy) Fellers of Denton, TX, Elise (Shane) Bridges of San Augustine, TX, and Elizabeth (Wade) Griffin of Rhome, TX; his grandchildren Everett, Edwin, and Emmett Bridges, and Emma, Rylan, Evie, Estelle, and Eleanor Griffin, and many special friends.
