Shon Roland Morgan

August 26, 1974 - March 1, 2025

We gather today to memorialize the life of an Extraordinary Person, Shon Roland Morgan was born in Dallas, Texas, to Larry R. Morgan and Sylvia L. Morgan, he remained single, and has a brother, Victor Martinez.

He spent the majority of his adult life in the Glass Business, working for Austin Glass and Mirror, in a shop environment, then moving on to a field assignment as a Glass Glazier, from there he was promoted to an office assignment and eventually became a project Manager, dealing with major Commercial Highrise Glass buildings and projects with Universities and Independent School District projects to name a few.

He expressed that the last ten (10) years of his career were the most rewarding and happiest days of his life having a wonderful Company to be employed by, namely ENGINEERED EXTERIORS, LLC, ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING & CONSULTING, along with all the staff and especially the owner, Jennifer Doyle, PE (TX), Austin, Texas.

He was tasked to look for those enemies, of the construction world the elusive water leaks a detriment to any structure, and then find the Great Solution for its disintegration of annoying existence.

During his young and adult life Shon was an avid sportsman, namely a fisherman on trips to Homer, Alaska with his Dad and friends, huntsman, Cycling, Kayaking, hiking, and rollerblading.

Shon will be remembered as a person with a generous and kind heart, a very giving, and loving person for his family and friends, just an all-around sharing personality.

A Memorial to celebrate the life of Shon Roland Morgan will take place in the future.

Celebration of Life for Shon Roland Morgan

A gathering of family and friends for the Celebration of Life for Shon Roland Morgan will take place at the VFW Post 8587 at 1000 N. College Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on Saturday, May 17, 2025, commencing at 2:00 to 5:00 PM. This post is a 51% Establishment. Light food, tea, and water will be served. Casual attire.
