Sandra Kay Cluck Montgomery, age 80, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on April 16, 2026. She was born on November 21, 1945, in Austin, Texas, to Paul Kenneth Cluck and Ruth Virginia Williams.
Sandra lived a life centered on caring for others. After graduating from Sidney Lanier High School in Austin, she attended the University of Texas and the Breckenridge Hospital School of Vocational Nursing, earning her LVN license in 1966. She went on to have a long and meaningful career in nursing, serving at Seton Hospital, St. David’s Hospital, Ridgetop Nursing Home, Wesleyan Nursing Home, and Georgetown Medical Clinic. As a nurse, Sandra did more than provide care—she brought comfort, compassion, and a personal touch that made people feel truly seen and valued.
Sandra married the love of her life, Glenn Anderson “Andy” Montgomery, on December 20, 1963. Together they shared 54 years of marriage, building a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to family.
To know Sandra was to know joy. She was truly a social butterfly—never meeting a stranger, always ready with a smile, a story, or a laugh. Her home and her heart were always open, especially to her family, whom she loved beyond measure. Time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was her greatest treasure.
She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—playing dominoes, enjoying card games, watching movies, and listening to music, especially her beloved church hymns. And if chocolate was involved, even better—her “Vitamin C” was always close by and sure to bring a smile.
Her faith was a guiding light throughout her life. Sandra was a devoted member of First Baptist Church in Florence, Texas, where she served on the Prayer Team and found deep connection and fellowship.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Anderson (Andy) Montgomery; her parents, Paul K. Cluck and Ruth W. Parker; and her stepfather, Marvin H. Parker.
Sandra leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter through her sons, Wayne Anderson Montgomery and Monnie Glenn Montgomery; her siblings, Charles K. Cluck, Linda F. Smith, and Larry W. Parker; her grandchildren, Kacy Irene Montgomery, Dustin Garland Montgomery and his wife Jonnie, Brandon Keith Hensley, and Ashlee Nicole Montgomery; and her great-grandchildren, Jaxx Lee Montgomery, BlakeLynn Rose Cozart, Grayson Hyde Montgomery, Rachael Michelle Hensley, Tristan Keith Hensley, Brynn Olivia Hensley and Avery Lynn Montgomery. Each of them carries forward a piece of her warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit.
A service to celebrate Sandra’s life will be held on May 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78633. Burial will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery in Cedar Park, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandra’s memory to First Baptist Church of Florence.
