Rochelle Weaver, 82, of Georgetown, Texas passed away on Saturday December 21, 2019.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 8th, 2019 at St. Helen Catholic Church with Father Will Straten presiding.

Rochelle was born on October 5th, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan to Evangeliste and Virginia Bellegarde. On August 18, 1963, Rochelle married Wilbert Weaver. She attended Sienna Heights University and then became an advocate for education by teaching the youth. She cared for her students as she taught them skills to become successful citizens in addition to the subject matter. Rochelle was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Georgetown and was actively involved with Habitat for Humanity. Rochelle enjoyed bridge, golf, and cooking. She was fluent in French and enjoyed singing songs in French for her family and friends.

Rochelle is predeceased by her sister, Jeannine Bellegarde. She is survived by her husband, Wilbert Weaver; her sister, Cecile (Ces) Galvin; her three children: Guy, Tim, and Jeannine; and her four grandchildren: Katie, Garrison, Devan and Jade.
