Patricia Reinerth Reed, a native of New Orleans, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 with her family by her side. She was 87 years old.
Services for Mrs. Reed will be held in College Station, at a later date.
Patricia was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to her parents, Claude Mellor Reinerth and Annie Louise (Harwell) Reinerth. She married Raymond Deryl Reed on April 30, 1954 at the Navy Chapel on Treasure Island, San Francisco, California; they shared over 63 years together. She graduated from Newcomb College with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and was active with the sorority AOII (Alpha Omicron Pi) in college and throughout her adult life. Patricia worked as an event scheduler for Brazos County, at The Brazos Center and was a faithful member of the Episcopal Church.
She leaves behind her husband, Raymond Deryl Reed of Georgetown, Texas; daughter, Kathryn Needham and husband David of Boise, Idaho; son, Russell Deryl Reed of Georgetown, Texas; daughter, Ann Fulford Reed of Georgetown, Texas; daughter, Andrea Reed Liles and husband Wayne of Round Rock, Texas; grandsons: David Russell Needham and wife Allison of Walla Walla, Washington, and Alexander Reed Liles of Houston, Texas; granddaughters: Autumn Ann Needham of Boise, Idaho, and Macy Rene Liles of Round Rock, Texas; and great-grandsons: Meric and Mathias Huber of Boise, Idaho.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.
