Michael James Kebodeaux, of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on January 27, 2025, at the age of 72. He was born on March 17, 1952, in Albuquerque, NM, to Melvin Kebodeaux and Bonnie Kebodeaux. Michael proudly served in the Navy from 1971 to 2002, earning the rank of AT1. He worked as an Aviation Electronics Technician First Class for approximately 20 years and later counseled airmen going through the pilot program. After retiring, he served as a director for the prison systems in Texas and New Mexico. He concluded his career as a Director for a Nuclear Power Plant in New Mexico.

Michael and his family cherished their time together, whether they were camping in the desert, off-roading on rugged trails, water skiing at the lake, or simply enjoying the company of their extended family.

He is survived by Michelle Kebodeaux (Daughter), Tony Kebodeaux (Son), Vivian Bailey (Former Wife), Malachi Kebodeaux (Grandson), Susan Weber (Sister), Bonnilee Weber (Niece).

The funeral service will be held at 11am on February 6th, 2025 at Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas with Pastor Tim Schlung officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his honor to any Veterans nonprofit or Dementia Society of America.

Mike is loved and will be missed by many.

Notable interests: Camping with family, skiing, dirt bike riding, off-roading, hiking, hunting, and flying. He enjoyed building things and he could repair anything.  His military awards included: Navy achievement medals, National Defense service medal, expert rifleman, expert pistol shot medal, Navy and Marine Corps Overseas service ribbon, and Aviation Warfare Specialist
