In Loving Memory of Matthew Lee Roberson
April 1, 1992 – February 18, 2026
Matthew Lee Roberson, 33, of Georgetown, Tx, passed away on February 18, 2026. Born on April 1, 1992, Matthew brought light and laughter into the world from the very beginning. He was a devoted son to his mother, Melissa Stewart, and a loving son to Dave Stewart. He was a proud and caring brother to Wesley Roberson and cherished his sister-in-law, Rebecca Roberson. Matthew absolutely adored his nephew and nieces—Luke, Ella, and Piper—who brought him endless joy and whom he loved beyond measure.
He is also survived by his beloved grandmother, Jody Roberson, and his aunt, Barbra Roberson. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Roberson, whom he loved dearly.
Matthew's family was the center of his world. He treasured every moment spent together—whether it was a holiday gathering, a simple family dinner, or a game of cards around the table. An avid golfer, Matthew found peace and happiness on the course, enjoying the game, camaraderie, and lasting friendships.
Known for his easygoing nature, Matthew never met a stranger. His warm smile, quick wit, and genuine kindness made others feel instantly at ease. He had a big heart and would do anything in the world for someone in need. Whether offering a helping hand, a listening ear, or a well-timed joke to lift someone's spirits, Matthew gave of himself willingly and wholeheartedly.
He was a cherished son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, and friend, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved him.
Though his time with us was far too short, Matthew's spirit will live on in the stories shared, the rounds of golf played in his honor, and the love he gave so freely. He will be missed beyond words and remembered always.
