Marilyn White, 79, of Austin, TX passed away on November 15, 2021.

She was born on June 13, 1942, in Ottawa Ontario, CA to William John Deslaurier and Edna Banning. Shortly after her birth, the family relocated to Austin, TX, where she remained for the majority of her life. She married the love of her life, Gerald White, in 1963, and together they raised a family and enjoyed 45 wonderful years until his passing in 2008. Marilyn loved tremendously and she was a caring wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by many.

Some of her favorite times were spent with her friends from Shenandoah and Anderson Mill, Bowling at Highland lanes, and playing cards at the Senior Center. She found no greater joy, however, than spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son, David White and wife Margie; daughter, Karen White; grandchildren, Trevor Whitmarsh and Ashley White; and her sister, Hilma Finley.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, November 19th, 2021, from 12:00PM-2:00 P.M., at Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78633

Mrs. White will be laid to rest at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19th, 2021 at I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
