Louis Alvarado Gutierrez, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away on September 6, 2020.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Cemetery in Georgetown.

Louis was born on September 30, 1946 in San Angelo, Texas to Henry and Frances Gutierrez.  He married Carmen Jimenez on February 8, 1965 in Brownfield, Texas.  As a proud United States Marine, Louis served his country during the Viet Nam era.  He started his own business in the early 1980's as the first Hispanic Electrical Contractor in San Angelo.

Volunteering his time serving others, bowling and motorcycling were just some of Louis' favorite things to do.

He was always looking for ways to give to his family and others.  Louis loved them all with a heart of true devotion.  Above all others, Louis loved God with all that was in him and he spoke about Jesus to everyone he met.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are the following gentlemen:  Eddie Gutierrez, Jason Martinez, Gabe Jimenez, Josh Jimenez, Jacob Jimenez and Billy Hann.

Left to cherish Louis' memory are wife, Carmen Gutierrez of Round Rock, Texas;  son, Jaime Gutierrez of Austin, Texas; granddaughters, Naomi and Clara; sisters, Amelia of Odessa, Texas and Rosemary of San Angelo, Texas; brothers, Henry and David of Buda, Texas.
