Kimberly D.
Martin
August 10, 1959 – March 8, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our Mom, Kimberly D. Martin, of Georgetown, Texas. She peacefully passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 65.
Kimberly was born on August 10, 1959, in Milan, Missouri, to parents Doyle and Peggy Barton. She was a devoted mother, Nana, Grandma Kim, sister, aunt, and friend. Throughout her life, Kim enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether playing golf, pickleball, or booking spontaneous beach vacations. Above all, she will be remembered for the unwavering love she showed her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren. Kim always made it a point to support her loved ones, no matter the distance.
Kim leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her son, Nathan (Shannon) Dodds; daughters, Crystal (DJ) Cunningham and Kara (Brad) Stone; siblings, Ed (Lisa) Barton and Vicky (David) Young; and her favorite aunt, Bronna Sue (Ed) Wilson. Her grandchildren include Alyssa Wilson, Andon Dodds, Trista Kimberly Cunningham, Austin Cunningham, Avery Dodds, Frankie Yonce, Gideon Stone, and Judah Stone, as well as many nieces, nephews, and her favorite child, Ruby. The Dog.
Kim is preceded in death by her mother, father, and uncle, Jim Lyon.
Kim touched the hearts of so many, and in her honor, two services will be held.

The family would like to give special thanks to the STICU staff at Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital. We will never forget the care and compassion they showed us and our Mother during an unbearable time.
We also wish to thank the Good Samaritan who stopped to assist our mom immediately following the accident. We find comfort in knowing she was not alone while waiting for EMS.
We are deeply grateful for the countless people who have shown up for us and provided love and support during this most difficult time
