Juanita Anne Kirby, 71 of Georgetown, Texas passed away on December 26, 2019. Juanita was the daughter of Kenneth E. and Olive E. (Winmill) Jennings. She was born on February 3, 1948 in Sydney Australia.

On January 3, 1981, Juanita gave her heart in marriage to Jack L. Kirby in Carrollton, Texas. They were married for 38 years and raised one daughter, Ange Denise.

After attending school in Wichita Falls, Texas Juanita attended classes to become a dental hygienist. However, her parents moved to the Dallas area and Juanita followed them. She became employed with Otis Engineering Corporation and began a 27-year career. Juanita started in personnel, and eventually became manager of Technical Services, Marketing, Advertising, and trade shows.

Juanita loved taking care of her family, traveling, gardening, her church, and her friends from all over the world. Juanita loved working with young people and taught confirmation classes to teach them about God and His Love for all of us.

When Juanita found out she had dementia she never once complained or said, "why me". She continued to smile, and she enjoyed life and friends until the end.

Juanita was a Presbyterian by faith and a member of the Worship Place in Sun City Texas where Jack attends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Olive. Juanita is survived by her husband, Jack; daughter, Ange and husband Jimmy, and granddaughter; Jordyn; brother, Kevin Jennings. Juanita had many friends, both locally and distant. She also has many cousins and family members in Australia.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation in Juanita's name to a charity of your choice.
