Helen Jane Whitsitt Aston Kinsey was born on March 20, 1927, and peacefully meet Jesus, her Savior, on May 21, 2025 in her home in Sun City.

She was born in McAllen, Texas to Roy Eugene Whitsitt and Sara Ruth Harrison Whitsitt.

She graduated high school in McAllen, Texas, and attended Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas.

She married Charles Henry Aston in 1945, and they were married 40 years until his passing in 1986. In 1992 she married JD Kinsey and they were married 20 years before his passing in 2012.

While living in McAllen Jane owned a Century 21 real estate company and was an agent/broker. She did extremely well selling real estate with her spunky and friendly personality.

Jane was a very loving and caring wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother (MIMI), great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Jane never met a stranger as she had this wonderful outgoing personality and made everyone feel special. She was a friend to many. Having lived on Hummingbird Cove for 20 plus years she was a wonderful neighbor. She will be remembered for her kindness and love for her family and friends.

Jane is survived by her two sons, Charles Garrett Aston (Garry) and wife Sherrill and Randall William Aston (Randy) and his wife Lisa, her three grandchildren, DeeAnn DeGroff (Andy), Charles Garrett Aston II (Charley) (Nichole), and Angela Youngblood, in addition to her great grandchildren, Garrett, Jacob, Allie, Austin and Grayson and one great-great grandson, Colsen.

She is also survived by two step sons and one step daughter, two step granddaughters and two step great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Worship Place Building Fund or to The Huntington's Society of America (HDSA).
