Glenn David
Drake
May 7, 1958 – December 25, 2025
Glenn Drake, 67, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on December 25, 2025, in Round Rock, Texas.
Glenn was born on May 7, 1958, in Temple, Texas, to RV Drake and Lorraine Drake. He grew up in Temple and carried the values of hard work, kindness, and looking out for others with him throughout his life.
Glenn spent his professional career in Supply Chain Management with PepsiCo, where his reliability, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail reflected the same care he showed in every part of his life. A graduate of Mary Hardin-Baylor University, Glenn approached both work and family life as a steady planner who made sure everyone had what they needed.
Above all else, Glenn was a friend—to his family, his neighbors, and everyone fortunate enough to cross his path. He was known throughout the Sun City community as a trusted handyman and helping hand, always ready to fix something, lend an ear, or quietly step in when someone needed support. Glenn had a gift for listening, a heart for service, and a way of making people feel seen.
Glenn found joy in fishing, traveling, grilling, watching football, country dancing, and spending time with those he loved most. He will be remembered for his kindness, friendly spirit, humor, and charm, and for the way he showed up for others without hesitation.
Glenn leaves behind his beloved wife, Deborah Drake; his children Amy Miles (Cody Miles), Joy Negron (Aaron Negron); step-children Evan Streeter, and Stephanie Streeter (Justin Brennan); his cherished grandchildren Silas Negron, Indiana Miles, Eliana Miles, Lily Streeter, and Nora Streeter; and Sister Elaine Wheat (James), Brother Jim Drake (Rene) and Sister Patty Zehr (Larry).
He was welcomed into heaven by his father Cecil (RV) Drake, his mother Lorraine Drake, his nephew John Drake, and step-son Robert Streeter.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 2, at Ramsey Funeral Home, located at 5600 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78633.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the memorial service at 2:45 p.m., all at the funeral home.
