Gary Bowers, 70, passed away on the evening of February 16th, 2023. The one thing people say about Gary is he's always smiling. He is survived by his wife, two children, grandchildren, Northeastern relatives and many friends.

He was born and raised in Plymouth MA. He received his BSEE from Wentworth Institute and started his career at GenRad. He moved his family to Austin in 1989 and fell in love with the Hill Country. Over the years he worked at several semiconductor testing companies until his retirement. Upon his retirement he became a full time grandpa, continued to play golf and volunteered for the Knights of Columbus.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr Jaramillo and her team for such compassionate care. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 15th at Ramsey Funeral Home 6 pm. The funeral will be held March 16th at Santa Rosa Catholic Church in Andice at 11:00.
