Flor Angelica Frey, 73, of Leander, passed away on 09/20/2026 in Leander Texas.

Visitation and viewing will be 6pm to 8pm on 09/28/2026 at Ramsey Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm 09/29/2026 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church on 1101 W. New Hope with Father Brian Phillips officiating.

Flor was born in Iquitos, Peru to Sebastian Noriega, father and Melita Flores, mother on November 02, 1952. She went to school at Iquitos. She married Maximo Rivera on September 28th 2016 in Round Rock Texas. She worked as a Executive Secretary at a Hospital in Iquitos for 20 years. Flor is preceded in death by Her Son, Juan Cladio, Mother, Melita Flores, and Father, Sebastian Noriega.

Flor is survived by spouse, Maximo Rivera; daughter, Joana Claudio; brothers and sisters, Javier Nogueira, Arlindo Nogueire, Liz Nogueire, and Margot Nogueire; and grandchildren Alia Madarieta, Austin Lilly, Victor Claudio, David Claudio.
