Evelyn P. Die

Born to parents Lloyd and Bernice Perkins in Olney, TX. Outlived 2 brothers, L. E. and Bryan Perkins. Graduated from Texas State College for Women (now Texas Women's University) and married high school sweetheart, Roy Die, on December 21, 1946. Roy preceded her in death after 75 years of marriage. They had three children,: Christie Ann, Roy Conlin, and Kara Lynn. Christie preceded them in death at the age of 8.

Evelyn loved serving as a volunteer candy striper and also loved studying the Bible. She was active in church and Bible study wherever she lived. She loved Jesus and her family. She struggled with dementia in her final years, but remained joyful and content until her death. She is survived by her children: Roy Conlin and Kara Lynn and their spouses; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
