Dolores May Hallmark was born on August 14, 1933, in Coryell County, Texas, to Mattie May Guthrie Hallmark and Ples Merville Hallmark. A lifelong resident of Florence, Texas, Dolores was a devoted housewife, a loving mother, greatest granny ever, faithful believer, and a dedicated church nursery volunteer. She was baptized into the First Baptist Church in Florence in 1958. She married Cecil Robert Moore on May 29, 1950. Dolores passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 91 years, 10 months, and 13 days.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two brothers, Merville Elton Hallmark and Ira Neuman Hallmark; three sisters, Lucy Elizabeth Carter, Alma Joan Haynes, and Clara Doreen Sessums; and one grandson, Charles Lynn Gore.
She is survived by five children: Linda Cathleen Gore and husband Anthony Sr.; Deborah Elaine Basquez and husband Gilbert; Cecil Wayne Moore and wife Wanda; Robert Loyd Moore and wife Melissa; and Donna Faye Silva and husband David.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Leslie Futrell and husband Breck; Anthony Gore Jr.; Joseph Basquez; Stacey Proctor and husband Chris; Andrew Moore and wife Sidney; Kourtney Viktora and husband Phil; Kristin Wood and husband Ben; Amanda Bell and husband Matt; Jacob Silva and wife Ashley.
Her seventeen great-grandchildren are Mackenzie, Riley, Chaztin Futrell; Kaleb Gore; Jacob Basquez; Guy, Samantha Proctor; Kassidy, Abbie Viktora; Trenten, Josie Hibler; Bryce, Roy Wood; Mary, Luke Bell; Eli, Quinn Silva.
She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Dolores lived her life as a humble servant to her Lord and Savior, which is evident in her own words:
God gave me good parents.
They helped shape my life.
God blessed me with good health most of my life.
He gave me a good husband and five fine kids.
God is the one that deserves the praise."
