David L. Dunlap, COL., USA, RET., 81, of Georgetown passed away on February 28, 2018. David was born October 11, 1936 to parents Floyd and Dorothea Dunlap in Detroit, Michigan.

David married his beloved Donna Martinache on April 25, 1959 in Pittsburg, Kansas.  David L. Dunlap was a retired United States Army Colonel who served 30 plus years in the service of our country. David also graduated from Webster University where he did receive a Masters degree.

David is predeceased by his parents, Floyd and Dorothea Dunlap.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Donna Dunlap of Georgetown, Texas; son, Blaine Dunlap of Marble Falls, Texas; son, Mark Dunlap of Parsons, Kansas; daughter, Sherry Martinez of Austin, Texas; brother, Gary Dunlap of Henderson, Nevada; brother, Doug Dunlap of Lompoc, California; and seven much loved grandchildren  and one great granddaughter.
