Clive was born on July 7, 1938 in Nottinghamshire, England to Albert and Gertrude Singleton-Turner who predeceased him. He also obtained his degree in business at the University of Technology Sydney with an accounting major. Clive (CJ) and his wife Sandra (Sandy) have lived in both Texas and Australia enjoying time near both of their families. They moved to Georgetown in late 2015. CJ was a faithful disciple of Christ and enjoyed working with children at his church. CJ and Sandy are members of Crestview Baptist Church.
