Obituary

Clark Randolph Olander, 60, of Georgetown, passed away on June 13th, 2026, in Georgetown, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm CST on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, at Ramsey Funeral Home with Dustin Slaton of First Baptist Church Round Rock officiating. A reception will follow.

Clark Randolph Olander was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Clark Olaf Olander & Donna Sue Freeman on May 23rd, 1966. He went to high school in Dunwoody, Georgia. In addition, he graduated from Southern College of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology, followed by a Master of Business Administration at Columbia Southern University. He married Panitha (Khangkhan) Olander on January 4th, 2005, in Bangkok, Thailand. Major (Ret.) Clark Olander served in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 2015; he was a veteran of the Global War on Terrorism, Operation UNIFIED ASSISTANCE, and numerous conflicts throughout his career. For his service, he was awarded the Armed Forces Reserve Medal with three ‘M’ Devices & two Hourglass Devices, Aerial Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with a Valor Device & three Oak Leaf Clusters, Air Force Longevity Service with six Oak Leaf Clusters, and many more. After military retirement, he worked as a Cyber Security Consultant for IBM & Deloitte for five years. Outside of work, he enjoyed hobbies like: golf, tennis, scuba diving, fishing, motorcycle riding, hunting, recreational shooting, and martial arts.

Clark Randolph Olander is preceded in death by his Father, Clark Olaf Olander; his Mother, Donna Sue Freeman; and his Daughter, Kirsten Paige Olander.

Clark Randolph Olander is survived by his Wife, Panitha Olander; his Son, Clark Thailer Olander; his Daughter, Magen Christine Olander; and his Son-in-Law, James Gregory Shifflett.
