Obituary

Charles Edward Goss, age 86, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2019 at The Tiffin House while holding the hands of his wife, Glenda and his daughter, Cheryl.

He was born on December 14, 1933 to Houston and Mary Lou Goss of Waco, Texas.

Charlie attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas then enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he spent 3 years in during the Korea war. He worked as a foreman at a concrete company. While living in the Dallas area, he met Glenda who became his wife in 1973.  They moved to Midland, Texas and he started his on construction business. He built custom homes for over 28 years. Charlie was a member of Cedar Park First United Methodist Church, Marine Corp affiliation, and the VFW in Georgetown, Texas


Proceeding him in death are his grandparents, parents and his sister.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Glenda and five children; son, Charles (Kyle) Goss, daughter, Lisa (Bobby) Thompson, son, Larry (Mory)  Goss, son, David (Debbie) & daughter, Cheryl Cristillo, grandson, Dylan (Marisa) Daniel; great granddaughters, Charlie Beth & Kelsye Daniel. He has numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren as well.

Pallbearers include:  Dylan Daniel, Bryan Fields, Jerry Peterson, Larry Goss and David Goss.


Funeral Services for Charles will be held on Saturday, December 21st at 11:00 at Cedar Park First United Methodist Church, 600 W Park St. Cedar Park, Texas 78613
