Bronson Howard, 71, of Jarrell, Texas, passed away on July 23, 2026. Bronson was born on January 21, 1955, in Gary, Indiana to Ernestine Taylor Howard and Jesse Howard. His life was marked by deep commitment, service, and love for his family and community.
Bronson grew up in Gary, Indiana, and pursued his education at the Southwest School of Electronics, where he developed a passion for technology that would guide much of his professional life. His sense of duty led him to proudly serve in the United States Army from 1981 to 1989, a period during which he upheld the values of honor and integrity.
After his years in service, Bronson transitioned to a career with Tesla in Austin, Texas, where he worked as an Equipment Maintenance Technician. His tenacity, dedication, and expertise made him a respected colleague and a valued member of the team.
Bronson’s legacy lives on through his beloved family. He is survived by his wife, Natalie Holmes of Jarrell; his devoted children, Yolanda Howard of Austin, Texas, Branson Howard of Arlington, Texas, Kris Howard of Phoenix, Arizona, and Marcia Howard of Brooklyn, New York. His grandchildren—Desirae Howard, Demetrius Rock, DeJhana Rock, Jerica Mayberry, Lawrence Howard, Anne Howard, and Julien King—will forever cherish his memory and the wisdom he imparted. Bronson is also survived by his sister, Belva Lewis.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernestine and Jesse Howard, and his siblings, Gene and Myra.
Friends and family will gather to honor and celebrate Bronson’s life at a Celebration of Life ceremony on August 14, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Ramsey Funeral Home & Crematorium, located at 5600 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78633.
Bronson Howard will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments and his service to his country, but more importantly, for the love and strength he gave to those closest to him. His legacy endures in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
