Blanca Rauda Castellanos, a 95-year-old resident of Leander, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on August 23rd, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on September 28th, 1930, in Comasagua, El Salvador, Blanca lived a life marked by faith, hard work, and devotion to her family. She married the love of her life, José Dolores Castellanos, in 1962, and together they built a life centered on love, perseverance, and service to others.

Blanca dedicated much of her life to the education of young children as an elementary school teacher and later became a successful entrepreneur. She also greatly enjoyed gardening and sewing--hobbies through which she expressed her creativity and the affection she felt for her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, José Dolores Castellanos.

She is survived by her daughter, Bettyana Moore and her husband, Dana Clark; her son, Rafael Castellanos and his wife, Zonia Lucia; her grandchildren: Karla Pérez and her husband, Carlos; Carlo Sánchez and his wife, Angel; Beth Stibbe; Adriana Shaler and her husband, Scott; Fátima Medrano and her husband, Rodrigo; and Armando Servellon. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Areanna and her husband, Charley; Seven, Bianca, Valeria, Marina, and William, along with numerous relatives and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Blanca's remains will be transported to her beloved homeland, El Salvador, where funeral services will be held at Funeraria La Auxiliadora in Santa Tecla. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Parque Memorial La Resurreción Cemetery.

Blanca will be remembered for her unwavering faith, generous spirit, serene strength, and unconditional love for her family. Her life was a testament to kindness, resilience, and grace, and her memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
