Barbara C. Turner, 92, of Sun City in Georgetown, Texas, passed away on the morning of April 28, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of gentleness, love, faith, and quiet strength. Known for her warm spirit and the kindness she extended to everyone she met; Barbara made the world softer simply by being in it.

Barbara was a founding owner of Turnco Tool & Instrument, Inc., a business she guided with integrity, dedication, and a steady hand for many years. Her work reflected her character — thoughtful, meticulous, and grounded in doing what was right. She earned the respect of colleagues, customers, and friends throughout her life.

A devoted friend, Barbara, found joy in spending time with the people she cared about. Whether sharing stories, laughter, or simple moments of companionship, she cherished the connections that enriched her days. Her gentle presence and loving heart made her a beloved part of the Sun City community.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Sandra and son‑in‑law Calvin Griffin; her grandsons Brandon Heath Griffin and his wife Rebecca Sears, Brock Collin Griffin and his wife Kendra Griffin; and her cherished granddaughters Hudson, Parker, and Skylar. She is also survived by her sister Linda Brandenburg, along with nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband Granville Turner; her parents Ambrose and Bertha Clemmons; and her sisters Jean Smith and Janet Turner.

Her life was a testament to kindness, quiet resilience, strong faith, and the enduring impact of a generous spirit. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
