Alice Mae (Yant) Dell'Acqua, of Georgetown, TX, passed away on February 7, 2026 at the age of 88. She was born on January 4, 1938 in Lima, Ohio to Herbert and Clara Yant. She proudly served in the Navy from  1956 - 1960 and earned the rank of PN3.
After the Military Alice worked as a Purchasing Director for the Santa Cruz City School District for 31 years.
Alice loved Opera, singing and was in many Operas, theater plays and several choirs over her life. She was a wonderful mother and devoted grandmother to all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her sister Kathrine Yant.

Alice is survived by her sister in Christ Suzanne Hartley, son Luigi Dell'Acqua Jr., Dawn Dell'Acqua (daughter-in-law), son Tony Dell'Acqua, Christine Dell'Acqua (daughter-in-law). Grandchildren Chelsea Olander, Damian Olander (grandson-in-law), Carissa Dell'Acqua, Nicholas Dell'Acqua, Jennifer Dell'Acqua, Jessica Houser, and Great grandsons, Tristin Olander, and Rylan Olander.

The funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23rd, 2026 at The Worship Place, 811 Sun City Blvd Georgetown, Texas. Pastor Daniel Patrick will be officiating.

PN3 Dell'Acqua will be laid to rest at 11:00 a.m., following the funeral, at the Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery. The United States Navy will render her Military Honors for her honorable and faithful service to our country. 11463 State Hwy 195, Killeen, TX 76542.

In lieu of flowers, Alice would love contributions made in her honor to The Wounded Warrior Project.
